Graduates wanted for Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, Bristol, full training provided OTE 35K+

Opus Recruitment Solutions are offering an amazing opportunity for Graduates to join our trainee recruitment consultant programme in our central Bristol office.

As a trainee consultant you will start on our 12 week training programme that will guide you through the whole recruitment process that will give you all the tools you need to become a successful recruiter and earn lots of money!

Ideal candidate:
Graduate (any discipline)
Highly motivated, ambitious, hard working (recruitment involves long hours) competitive, excellent communicator (this role is mainly phone based with some face to face work), a want to work in a sales environment and be massively money hungry (recruitment offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commission of up to 30%).

If you have any previous sales experience this would be beneficial although not essential but would give you a really good grounding into recruitment (direct sales, telesales, charity canvassing, door to door sales, promotion work etc)
