Department Profile:
The PPI Complaints department is responsible for the handling and management of PPI complaints. The team supports the business not only in resolving external complaints but in driving improvement based on Customer Feedback.
Job description:
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for a team of up to 15 PPI complaint handlers, maximising team performance through coaching and performance management in order to achieve team and business objectives and meeting all regulatory timeframes for complaint handling. You will be responsible for identifying improvements and efficiencies to improve the end to end customer journey.
With responsibility for a team of advisors, a passion for leading and delivering results through others is essential.

Individual requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with drive and enthusiasm who is able to demonstrate FAB principles. The individual must be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and individual performance.
Hours & Days required:
This is a Full - Time role structured around the below main shifts. High Flexibility is required.
(Monday - Friday 3:15pm - 9:15pm & Weekend 8:00am - 6:00pm)
