ROLE: This is a broad role in a small financial services legal team. You will cover a range of contracts as well as looking at regulatory and compliance matters. Specific responsibilities will include the Consumer Credit Act, data protection, advertising and marketing sign-off, third party supplier contracts, FSA handbook advice, assisting in litigation, keeping updated on regulatory changes etc.
SKILLS: You will be a solicitor with a background in financial services with a focus on regulatory / compliance matters. You will have a strong familiarity with the FSA and OFT Banking regulations, and data protection experience.
LEVEL: This level would best suit candidate with upwards of 3 years post qualified experience but we will consider people outside this who have the relevant skills and competencies
