Business Immigration Consultant
A highly regarded global firm has a brand new need requirement for a Business Immigration Consultant with experience of dealing with large global accounts. Working within the Business Immigration Team, you will provide first hand service for a major blue chip client regarding the UK Points Based System. This is a key hire as this person will be managing relationships with key stakeholders operating in very senior positions.
The Role:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
-Provide main point of contact assistance to clients regarding UK immigration issues
-Being the main point of contact for large multinational account
-Researching immigration law and the Immigration Rules
-Provide technical advice to clients, assignees and third party vendors regarding correct legislation
-Act as a level 1 user on the SMS
-Provide advice and guidance regarding the points based system
The Person:
You will have direct corporate/business immigration experience. Previous experience of dealing with a large accounts is essential. Candidates must accredited with OISC at Level 1 as a minimum. Exposure to Tier 2 & sponsor licence applications is key, as this role focuses on providing services for a range of multi-national organisations.
