My client, a leading global technology company based in London is looking to bring on board a legal counsel on a part-time basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to work 3 days per week (on a flexible basis).

Reporting directly to the Sales Director and working very closely with the sales team you will be responsible for advising the business on contract management and advising on all areas of law.

Your key responsibilities will include:
-Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide variety of contracts and service level agreements
-Providing advice in the event of any disputes and insolvency issues
-Updating the business on new legislation and regulation
-Advising and training the business on basic areas of contract law
-Providing ad-hoc legal advice and liaising with external counsel when necessary

Ideally you will be around 4 years PQE with strong experience of negotiating contracts gained in-house. You will be comfortable working within a team. Candidates who have experience of working closely with a sales team will be highly desirable. You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise and effectively manage your work load.
