Infrastructure Support Specialist 40, 000

An Infrastructure Support Specialist is required by a leading IT managed services based in South Wales. Due to rapid growth and continued success, being a Microsoft Gold Hosting Partner, an Infrastructure Support Specialist will be responsible for providing the final level of escalation to their clients and deliver effective support service for client issues and requests.

Candidate requirements:
Experienced 3rd / 4th line support experience within a customer-focused environment
Certifications in MCP, MSCE, HP, Cisco networking
Excellent Microsoft 2003/8 entreprise server Active Directory troubleshooting skiils
Good SQL 2005 / 2009 sysadmin experience
Good networking TCP/IP knowledge
Experience in roubleshooting IIS 6.0 / 7.0 or Microsoft Clustering
VMWare ESX, SAN / NAS, ITIL

Key Responsibilities:
Providing support to clients' infrastructure
Resolve server issues
Assist in the analysis and resolution of problems
Implement operational procedures, tools and practises as defined
