Technical Account Manager - Market Leader - Cloud - Virtualisation - London
My client, a leading cloud and virtualisation provider, is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their team.
The TAM's role will be to focus mainly on the multi-tenanted DaaS platform side of the business, with particular focus on supporting Programme Partners.
Responsibilities:
Ensure partner revenue and margin growth
Setting of partner expectations in line with pre-defined partner obligations
Offer technical & strategic direction to assist partners
Proactively drive partner sales and marketing initiatives
Own and manage technical assistance to partners acting as conduit between Intercept presales and partner presales.
Ability to price solutions that meet the end users budgetary requirements
Accountable for setting internal communication plans/methodology
Coordinate and manage internal and external client meetings (face to face and conference calls)
Manage contractual agreements. Monthly billing and quarterly audits & reviews
New client/partner set up and all corresponding paperwork
Partner satisfaction and risk mitigation
Forecasting and pipeline management
Single point of contact for issue resolution and management.
New opportunity development within existing accounts for Senior Partner Manager
Builds department level relationships
Originates actions to improve existing conditions, processes and communication
Address unique needs and objectives of partners
Assist direct sales team members on project bids from time to time
Essential Skills:
University Degree
Minimum three years of external experience working in an IT/MS Sales role
Minimum one year of experience working in IT Virtualisation
Based in the City of London
35-45K + bonus + corporate benefits.
