Job Title: Business Analyst - Telephony
Salary: up to £300-£350/day
Location:London

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on an exciting project for one of our highly prestigious banking clients. The project is to deliver a telephone contact centre to ensure business continuity; you will need to have experience of acting on a similar project as a BA to be considered.

The initial contract length offered will be 3months but there are long-term extensions available.

This is a client facing role for an organisation that is held in high regard and as such strong stakeholder and communication skills are of paramount importance.

You will also hold;

* Experience of developing Business Requirements for a telephony centre.
* Financial/Retail Banking experience.
* Experience in developing Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Process flows

If you already hold PES clearance then it is an advantage as we can get you started earlier.
