Social Housing / Plot Sales - Conveyancer - Southampton

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing to join a busy property department and assist the Partner with supervising the team based in the Southampton office.

The Role
You will overall responsibility to supervise, mentor and help manage the team to dealing with Social Housing sale property transactions, from the opening of a matter to post completion. Along with the supervising Partner to maintain the highest possible standards of the service to clients and technical and operational excellence in Conveyancing and Social Housing law and practice.

The Candidate
The successful candidate is likely to be a Licensed Conveyancer, FILEX or Solicitor with previous experience of Residential Conveyancing and Social Housing. Having a proven track record in LCHO/SH schemes and development work acting on the purchase of new build stock for residential clients and to demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team player, to manage in an upbeat motivational style and to effectively manage change in a fast paced environment.

The Package
The firm is offering a competitive salary in the region of £28'000 - 30'000 with an excellent benefits package and career opportunity to join a forward progression property department.
