An excellent opportunity has arisen within a well established brand for a mid-level lawyer who has experience in corporate as well as oil & gas matters pertaining to high value commercial contracts.

Our client is looking for a lawyer with at least 5 years pqe, ideally in house, to join their team to work on a variety of large scale projects, acquisitions, commercial matters, and disputes work.
The role will be supporting the head of the team in managing legal risk across the business as well as dealing with various corporate matters and large complex projects currently affecting the organisation.

An outstanding candidate will be well versed in the qualities needed for advising a fast moving and international business, and will also be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and oral, attention to detail, and excellent legal research and analysis skills, with demonstrable ability to apply these skills to produce pragmatic solutions.
