Supporting the Store Manager, you'll do more than just lend a hand. You'll put yourself right at the heart of the action; leading by example on the shop floor, helping to coach and grow the team, and, most importantly, delivering a customer experience like no other. You'll have sales targets to meet, a busy environment to keep up with, and plenty of responsibility to take on. And as the bridge between the Store Manager and the team, you'll find yourself learning and leading at the same time - developing your own skills in leaps and bounds while taking your career to the next level.

We might ask a lot, performance wise, but with a 43% bonus for hitting your targets, the better you do, the bigger your pay packet. To meet our expectations, you'll need retail and people management experience, plus a real passion for mobile technology.
