Service Desk Analyst - High Wycombe
Service Desk, Help Desk, Call Logging, Fault escalation, SLA's, KPI's, 3rd Party, Troubleshooting, 1st Line, ITIL, SC Clearance, Windows XP, Active Directory, Remote support.
A position has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join this dynamic team for this managed services company.
The ideal candidate would live close to High Wycombe and have 1year + experience of working on a busy Service/Help Desk. You must be used to dealing with high level clients and logging the faults and carrying out 1st line fault investigation.
You must have experiences of Windows XP, PC Hardware and basic administration experience of Active Directory. Any working experience in an ITIL environment would be advantageous.
You must be eligible for Security Clearance and must have been in the UK for 5 years or more with a British Passport.
Salary is between 16-20k depending on experiences.
