With more than 600 lawyers worldwide, our Corporate group advises many of the world's leading and emerging companies, as well as financial institutions and buyout and investment funds, on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, public and private equity and debt offerings, venture capital and private equity investments, and other transactional matters. We also advise on securities compliance, corporate governance, IT, tax, and executive compensation. We have significant experience in the technology, life sciences and consumer industries.

We now have an opening for a Corporate Solicitor to join our team in Leeds. Candidates are likely to have worked/trained in a leading regional or City firm and will be strong team players with a commercial hands on approach. We do not set upper or lower limits of pqe for any of our vacancies, we have however given an indicative pqe as an approximate guide for applicants. Candidates who have upto 3 years pqe are likely to have the right level of knowledge/gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role.
