Our client is searching for a degreed analyst with 2+ years of solid experience working with BMC Remedy. The Remedy Analyst will be responsible for supporting the project full life cycle, acting as Project Manager and Business Analyst of the Remedy application. This person with establish and maintain effective working relationships to understand, plan for, and accomplish various business objectives. The Systems Analyst will perform technical functions to configure and maintain reliable and accurate performance application systems. The Remedy Analyst will act as a bridge between business functions and technical systems development.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's Degree in IT Field or 5 + years
* 2 + years with BMC Remedy required.
* ITIL v2/3 Foundations Certified
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
* Must influence the fast pace of organization change and be able to motivate others while working in a large organization across multiple teams
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
* Self-motivator with a strong commitment customer service.
