Personal Injury/Civil Litigation Solicitor/FILEX, West Yorkshire

Personal Injury Solicitor/FILEX or experienced fee earner wanted to manage a Claimant Personal Injury caseload and also a small amount of general Civil Litigation. Salary is negotiable & depending on experience.

My client is a well-respected and successful West Yorkshire full service firm who prides itself on high levels of service delivery.

They are looking for a Personal Injury/Civil Litigation Solicitor/FILEX or experienced fee earner to handle a top heavy caseload of Personal Injury files and also general civil litigation matters. The caseload will include Fast and Multi track RTA, EL/PL/OL, clinical negligence, product liability, and accidents abroad. In addition, you will manage a small number of general civil litigation cases as well.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years PQE or 4 years+ strong Personal Injury/Litigation fee earning experience if non-qualified. We are looking for someone who is confident with strong communication skills and who has experience in handling a range of litigation cases.
