Business Analyst / implementation Manager required by Global banking organisation to support a number of Relationship Managers within a Tier-1 wholesale bank in the migration of a large number of their clients to a third party.
This is a Change Management function and you will be responsible for ensuring your assigned customers successfully progress through all aspects of the change process.
An understanding of banking operations is essential as are excellent analytical skills and a high level of personal organisation and motivation.
Daily duties will involve collating and analysing customer account data, Prioritise and impact-assess migration cases and agree targets, Track migration process over time across the organisation, identify and escalate any risks or issues that may affect the successful completion of the migration process.
