Business Process Analyst - RAN/Core Network/Process/To-Be/As-Is/Working Level Agreements

An exciting opportunity as a Business Analyst for a blue chip Communications Company based in Berkshire. The client is looking for a Business Process Analyst to work with a range of stakeholders and technology partners to drive people and process change as part of a Transformation Project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reviewing and updating current "As-is" business processes.
- Identifying gaps in the current information and processes.
- Facilitating workshops to close the gaps and document "To-Be" processes.
- Facilitating/Supporting workshops to produce Working Level Agreements.
- Ensuring consistency of the format of each Working level agreement.

Key Requirements:
*Business Process Analysis background across a variety of business functions
*Practised user of a range of Business Analysis tools and techniques
*Business process modelling experience
*Clear written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
*Effective influencer
*Ability to work effectively under own initiative and as part of a team

Preferable:
- History within Mobile Telecoms
- Understanding of Radio Access Network (RAN) and/or Core Network
- Knowledge of eTOM
- Knowledge of Business Support System (BSS)
- Knowledge of Operation Support System (OSS)
