Multi-award winning Health Insurer based in central London is seeking to recruit a Senior Marketing Engagement Manager to focus on their unique Health & Wellbeing proposition targeted at their existing members.

This is an extremely interesting and exciting role reporting in to the Head of Retention and Engagement to deliver an effective engagement strategy to the company's membership base centred on a multi-channel health & wellbeing proposition. As a senior member of the marketing team you will take accountability for delivery against online and offline engagement targets as well as directly managing members of the engagement team.

As an existing marketing engagement professional you'll need to develop significant relationships with Data owners, understanding how customer segmentation and propensity elicits certain behaviours and create targeted campaigns that work. You'll need to engage different customer groups including members (individual and group), SME clients and corporate clients. You'll also need to have strong knowledge of the latest communications techniques with a hunger to continually improve the company's commutation approach through better use of technology and appropriate media to meet the audience needs including social media, mobile and web. Candidates with previous experience working with loyalty or membership programme will be looked at favourably.
