This Main Contractor covers New Build Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Retail and Leisure Projects. They are looking to recruit a Site Manager for a large £90m Mixed Use Retail / Residential project in South East London. Working as part of the Production team, and reporting into a Project Manager, the role includes looking after the Internal Fit-Out of Residential Units. Duties will include Managing Sub Contractors, Health & Safety, Programme Control and Driving the Delivery. Candidates will have worked on large scale Projects before, working as part of a team, and 1st Aid/CSCS and SMSTS. An excellent Salary and Package is on offer.
