Employment Partner, West End - This is an opportunity to work with an outstanding firm based in the West End who are looking to add to their employment team. This leading firms main areas of expertise are corporate, dispute resolution, employment law, intellectual property, information technology, property, private client and family law. You will be currently working with a City or national firm and perhaps be looking to make a move to a practice that can offer a work/life balance but importantly an excellent range of clients covering the a wide range of sectors. You will have a proven track record within business development and be in a position to bring a client following to this position. You will have experience of managing and developing more junior members of staff and have a genuine interest in all areas of employment matters. In return the firm offer a competitive remuneration and benefits package and the ability to work with a collegiate partnership.

Consultant's Profile - Martin has been working in legal recruitment for the past 7 years and has gained experience of working for clients on both a retained and contingent basis. Working in the banking and finance sector for 20 years previously has given him the ability to understand clients and candidates expectations and requirements. He has spent time working with partners and teams of lawyers who are looking for their next career move and during this time has developed strong relationships with City and national law firms. Martin is an experienced and highly capable legal consultant.
