Funds Lawyer, Midlands - An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a global investment bank based in the Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing global legal support to the on-shore offices of the bank with respect to the launch and maintenance of funds on the managed account platform. Working in the Fund Derivatives team, you will negotiate the full range of fund documentation which may include Investment Management Agreements, Prospectuses, ancillary fund documentation, Side letters, Amendment Agreements and Prime Brokerage documentation.

As a Newly Qualified to 2yr PQE Solicitor you will ideally have at least 12 months experience in negotiating English law financial contracts, including some or all the above mentioned documents. This experience will have been gained at any one or a combination of a leading law firm, financial services company, hedge fund or asset management company. Call now for a confidential discussion
