Senior Site Manager required for residential new build project East London
Our client requires a dynamic Senior Site Manager to manage a new build residential project consisting of circa 100 units in East London from inception through to completion. This is a hi-rise traditional build project with basement.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the build process from ‘cradle to grave’ having previously managed hi rise traditional build projects with basements. Our client is looking for applicants that have long periods of employment with the same company as part of their career history and who have up to date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager the successful applicant will have full control of all day to day activities on site and will be expected to be ‘able to’ and ‘want to’ meet deadlines.
This is a great opportunity to join a young company that already have a number projects in the pipeline for over the next five years.
