The role will be providing Electrical design and project management support to the Directors and/or other line managers, more often than not performing lead duties on projects.

As part of a team structure, Senior Building Services Design Engineers will be using their design skills demonstrating ability to complete engineering and project management tasks, managing others to achieve this aim. Senior Building Services Design Engineers are expected to undertake the line management, training and development of subordinates as part of the development and management of effective engineering teams.

The successful candidate will be a professional, ambitious, competent and enthusiastic Building Services Design Engineer looking for a challenging role. They will have experience large residential development design.
