Operations Manager - Business Development - Energy - London

This role is for an Operations Manager that has a natural flare for business development. This company are working with the big players in the Energy industry and they are expanding fast in both the UK and international markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking, ambitious Operations Manager to join a dynamic new company that is lead by highly experienced directors in the energy market sectors.

Candidates must have

* Degree from top university in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business or Technology Management

* Strong experience in Front End client relationships

* Background in Energy demand management

* Proven experience in managing client relationships and securing revenue over a million GBP

* Strong team leadership skills

* Self motivated, ambitious and strong interpersonal skills essential

You will be leading the Operations Management Team based in the London office. You will be managing key client relationships as the core of your role and you will need to have a strong personality and motivation in order to execute projects. You will be developing new business as well as working with a team on account management and you will be keeping a close eye on continuous improvement methods. This role involves reporting and monitoring Operational KPI's against participation assets - so you will need a sharp eye and efficient control on your work.

Salary 45,000 - 50,000 Depending on experience
