Reporting into the Business Director of our Commercial Interior Design & Refurbishment department you will be fulfilling a varied role. Tasks to include:

*Preparation of contract documents, including scopes of works / detailed cost schedules
*Undertaking costs analysis for office, light industrial, retail project work;
*Assisting in establishing client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;
*Performing risk and value management and cost control;
*Advising on procurement strategy;
*Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks;
*Negotiating with & allocating work to subcontractors;
*Providing advice on contractual issues;
*Writing detailed progress reports;
*Valuing completed work and arranging payments;
*Understanding of the implications of health and safety regulations.


Essential Criteria: We are looking for an individual that has the ability to work under pressure and is a strong team player, able to communicate at all levels. A proven successful track record working in a similar role is preferred.

Desirable Criteria: Based in Milton Keynes this role will encompass travel to various areas, normally within an 80 mile radius of MK. To be considered, it is essential that you are able to meet the criteria of that which is detailed above.
