An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Officer to join our Large FTSE100 organisation on a temporary basis! The role is to ensure the effective recording of contributions meeting contractors' requirements for achievement of targets and ensuring the highest level of quality using excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:

* Actively chase and recover all outstanding contributions.

* Accurately raise invoices and credit notes onto the accounting systems within a specified target.

* Issue reminder letters

* Sending out adhoc correspondence

* Answer telephone queries in a clear and professional manner.

* Support Management and colleagues by providing and collating management information.

* Assist with other duties as required.

Essential Experience/Skills:

The successful candidate should have some finance (Credit Control) and general administration experience, along with good customer service experience. Strong communication skills are required along with good excel skills.

Experience in meeting targets and deadlines are necessary, also Flexibility within the working environment, including shift work between hours of 8.00am- 6.00pm.
