TEMP FACILITIES MANAGER
Our client is a prestigious and innovative consultancy with impressive offices located in Victoria. They are looking for a temp facilities manager to cover a two week period from 8th August - 24th August. A full days handover will be provided.
The main duties include:
* Take overall responsibility for the operation of Facility Services
* Good experience of general office processes including budgetary control & facilities.
* Proven experience to deal sensitively with clients
* Good experience with AV equipment.
* Management of meeting rooms, ensures that they are properly set up and catered
* Health and Safely issues on a daily basis
* Responsible (with building manager) for fire and emergency evacuation procedures
* Manage the operation of CCTV
* Manage the operation of security and door system
* Reception cover
* Responsible for stationery ordering stock control.
* Look after postal deliveries
