Our client is a large multi-disciplinary company with offices across the UK. Due to workload, they are currently looking to recruit an Asbestos Lab Analyst in the North West.
The candidate must hold the Asbestos P401 certificate and must have experience in carrying out analysis of bulk samples in accordance with HSG248 within the asbestos sector.
The main duties will involve booking samples received from site, preparing samples for analysis, carrying out analysis of samples for fibre content, and reporting analytical findings and typing certificates of analysis.
Getting involved with other laboratory duties.
In general, you will have good work ethics, have good communication skills, both written and verbal and have the ability to manage workload effectively.
