This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful stock broking firm as PA to the corporate broking team, supporting four MDs and one VP with diary management, travel bookings, telephone queries, PowerPoint presentations, expenses, research, and general ad hoc admin.
The team need an experienced PA who has ideally worked within Financial Services. The PA must have efficient time management, strong organisational skills, advanced MS Office skills, an experience of complex diary management and travel itineraries, as well as experience of supporting at a senior level. In terms of attributes, the PA needs to be a real team player, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, an unflappable nature, and a flexible working attitude.
Location: City. Salary: 35-39k. ASAP start.
