Salary: £29,132 - £32,358 per annum, depending on experience
Are you an energetic, hands-on, passionate fundraiser?
Our client is an award-winning international development charity that is looking for that special someone to have an influential role in the development of their fundraising over the next five years. You will join a dynamic, small (but growing!) team to further develop and implement their loyalty fundraising programme. Providing a first class experience to their supporters, whilst improving supporter retention and giving levels will be top of your agenda.
The successful candidate will:
- Actively contribute to developing an effective, integrated fundraising strategy and budget.
- Line-manage a Fundraising Assistant and volunteers.
- Manage loyalty campaigns, such as direct marketing campaigns and upgrade programmes.
- Be responsible for the effective functioning of the fundraising administration and donor care.
- Project manages the production of their supporter newsletter and other communication supports for donors.
- Contribute to the development of a legacy fundraising strategy and promote legacy giving to their supporters.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previously worked in an individual giving role and have hands-on direct marketing experience.
- Excellent customer care and relationship-building with donors.
- Experience of database management.
- Strong planning skills and attention to detail - running various concurrent projects will be routine for you.
