They are an established financial services company and due to their continual growth they are looking for an experienced Telesales/Sales Manager
JOB ROLE: Telesales/Sales Manager
The role would be best suited to a career-driven, communicative individual keen to develop and manage own business and employees to meet company KPI.
The role will involve providing key supervisory duties to train, lead and motivate the telesales team to book telephone appointments for residential remortgages and convert these appointments into sales for a number of products including mortgages ,protection, wills and pension referrals.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Telesales Manager
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate proven telemarketing and managerial experience and:
* Have experience in consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
* Be flexible and adaptable to the changing requirements of an expanding business.
* Be able to work on own initiative.
* Ideally be experienced in delivery of high-quality leads to a Telesales team.
* Have a background in selling financial services products over the telephone
DURATION: Permanent
SALARY: £17k - £20k basic OTE £40k
HOURS: 40 hours per week
