An exciting Locum opportunity has arisen for an EU Porcurement and Competition Lawyer to start within the coming month at an innovative City firm.
The successful candidate will on a day to day basis be handling:
* Antitrust, Investigations & Compliance
* Cartels & Leniency
* Commercial Agreements & Licensing
* M&A and Other Strategic Alliances
* Private Competition Law Enforcement
* State Aid
* Utility Regulations
The workload will consist of a blend of Competition and EU Procurement law. This role will last for 3-4 months with room to extend.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on an interesting workload of EU Procurement and Competition.
This role is offered at a highly competitive rate and is to start as soon as possible.
