You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will be accountable and responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs within your territory either North East, South West, South East, London, London M25/M4 Midlands . You will implement a fail safe territory sales plan to create a balance of new and existing clients and maintain an accurate CRM record for all clients and prospects. The role of the BDE will be to win sales from organisations with up to 500 employees. You will manage all aspects of client engagement to achieve market leading levels of client satisfaction.
You will need at least 3 years successful sales experience in a driven Business development and Sales environment and if had formal sales training, SPIN, Holden and any other sales qualification would be an advantage and excellent oral and written communication skills. You will be able to present at a very high level and have the ability to work alone and/or with others. You will need to be highly organised and have the skills to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM would be desirable along with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
