Our client is a traditional Bristol practice operating as part of a larger organisation with national coverage. The firm is conveniently located in the City centre and deals with a range of conveyancing transactions from high street up to high net worth properties.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years experience in a residential conveyancing role. You should be confident to deal with the entire process from initial instruction to post completion. Freehold, leasehold, sale and purchase will all form part of this busy and exciting new role.
