Job title - Service Delivery / Account Manager - East Mids
IT service delivery / account manager is required to look after operational service management to customers in the retail / epos sector. Must have experience of managing customer expectations and analysing route causes of service issues if and when they arise. Reporting directly to services director you will need have experience of providing service delivery across both break fix field service engineers and project / rollout implementation engineers across the UK and into Europe. Continual service improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency planning is essential and knowledge / being ITIL certified is highly advantageous. Basic salary is competitive and there is a generous car allowance + package including bonus scheme if financial targets are hit.
Location is commutable to Sheffield, Stoke, Nottingham and Leicester and it is expected you will be around the office most of the time when not on client site.
