LDF is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and committed individual to lead the development of its new 'Tomorrows' project. 'Tomorrows' aims to provide holistic support, signposting to services, leisure opportunities, crisis management and future planning strategies to older people who have a learning disability and live in North Tyneside. This is an opportunity to lead a team of up to six, working as an integral part of a larger third sector organisation, innovating and delivering services to an ever-expanding vulnerable section of society. Experience of the LD sector is essential for the coordinator role but adverts will follow for other posts as part of this project.
