Our client is one of the worlds largest and best known IT Technology companies with operations spanning all continents and major markets.
Reporting into the Regional Counsel in the Middle East an exciting opportunity has now arisen for a talented lawyer to join the team in Dubai.
In order to be considered you MUST fulfil the following criteria.
- Lawyer qualified in MENA jurisdiction
- 6 - 8 PQE*
- Experience gained in-house, ideally within the communications or technology sectors
- Extensive experience of negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, Middle East corporate legal work, employment law, compliance work and litigation management
- Experience/knowledge of anti-corruption and competition law
- Experience as part of in-house ethics and compliance boards will be an advantage
- MUST be Fluent in Arabic (This is mandatory)
