this year is looking to recruit a like-minded self-driven Electrical Project Manager to join their successful team in
Berkshire. The successful candidate will be reworded with a Salary of 50k+ basic (depending on experience) along with

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:
? Oversee the design and installation of multiple renewable mechanical and electrical installations
? Ensure that the design, analysis, calculations and projects are completed on time and adhere to project standards and
specifications.
? Take overall ownership of the projects from conception to completion and to meet and exceed customer expectations
? Preparing detailed project programmes
? Ensure resources are optimized and the agreed programme of works are successfully delivered on time and within budget
? Act as a focal point for all project activities including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning (as
applicable) and retain the final responsibility for the execution of the Project
? Represent the Company towards the Customer and resolves all issues related to the implementation of the Project
activities
? Perform in depth reviews of contract, tender and bid documents
? Put in place the project team and delivery structure by defining and implementing, the pertinent key personnel to
ensure project execution.
Experience, Essential skills & and Qualifications:
? A proven track record in successful Mechanical and Electrical installations, project management and a demonstrable
track record of successful projects
? Minimum of 3 years relevant project management experience
? Ideally qualified to Degree standard or ONC/HNC in a related discipline i.e. Building Services Engineering, Electrical
Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
? Ability to coordinate multiple projects with first-hand experience of managing multi-disciplined teams
? Pro-active approach to problem solving
? Excellent communication and decision making skills
? Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on achieving high quality deliverables
? Flexible and receptive to change
? Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a high desire to succeed
? Passion for renewable energy technologies
? Commercially and contractually astute with good knowledge of subcontract order conditions
? Ability to successfully deal with contract compliance and variations
? Strong project engineering background preferably in the power industry
? Experience in preparing detailed project programmes
? Experienced in a number of engineering disciplines but not necessarily qualified in them all, for example an engineer
who is qualified in Mechanical but has experience or knowledge of Electrical disciplines
