Chase and Holland is currently recruiting a great opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a small finance team of a well respected manufacturing company. Reporting to the Finance Manager the ideal candidate will be AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified or working towards. It would suit someone who is looking to progress with a growing company as this position will offer development and long-term growth. Your duties will include: financial Accounting including creating statutory accounts; readying accounts for audit and preparation of financial statements; management accounting from producing a monthly pack to analysing data and providing commentary; tax planning, VAT returns, corporation tax and personal tax; purchase ledger including inputting and resolving queries; sales ledger including raising invoices and cash allocation; credit control; chasing and allocating payments onto the system; bank reconciliations; payroll for the company. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar position and will have the desire to progress with the company. You will be confident in your approach and will be able to work to tight deadlines. In return you will be offered a competitive package and excellent career prospects.
