Seeking 3 full time Developers, junior to senior level .net and/or Java Developers to develop tools for QA groups. This is not a testing role, but one were you are developing tools for testing teams in the healthcare arena. You will develop using Java/J2EE, .Net, SQL, XML Python and Perl. Required is only .NET or Java and SQL skills.

In the role of Developer you will assist in current and future software development processes.

* Participate in the early stages of software prototyping, providing input to architects and developers on .Net, Java software on how to instrument the software for testing. Guide quality approach through the software life cycle.

* Develop new .net and Java software to be utilized for test strategies and frameworks using a variety of tools; including the implementation of test apps in .NET and Java.

* Analyze performance of .net and Java applications and systems. Provide detailed analyses of faults. Collect and analyze error statistics. Use understanding of the software to identify flawed components.

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or a related field highly preferred but experience may be substituted.

* 2+ years Java/J2EE development experience OR

* 2+ years .NET development experience

Plus skills:

* Experience creating custom test harnesses

* Working knowledge of SQL.

* Working knowledge of XML.

* Familiarity with Python and or Perl a PLUS
