Would you like to work for a successful fast growing, professional and reliable building services and Facilities Company. Our client is currently recruiting for a Electro-Technical Operations Administrator supporting the Manager and Assistant Manager.
In this fast paced environment, you must be hardworking and responsible for you own work. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:
* Ensure effective running of the assigned jobs
* Ensure that Reports/Certificates are prepared on time and submitted for review
* Ensuring Compliance with Health and Safety regulation/risk assessments
* Liaise with customers and tenants to ensure expectations are managed and met.
* Willing to work in excess of usual working hours when the balance of the company's work or allocated responsibilities requires this.
The client is looking for candidates who have experience of working in a building service background.
