The Company
Our client a friendly family business and is a rapidly expanding organisation providing complete solutions for storage,
racking, shelving, partitioning and mezzanine floors.
Our client is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager with a view to the further development of business in the
UK but predominantly in the Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire area.

The Role
The remit of the National Business Development Manager role:-
* Provide storage solutions in varying sectors including retail, industrial, commercial single and multi-site
organisations
* Develop relationships to a variety of clients
* Skilled in communicating with clients up to board level
* Identifying opportunities and negotiating and closing contracts
* Manage relationships with existing clients to maximise sales revenue
* Responsible for all stages of the sales process, from cold calling to negotiating and closing the sale

The Candidate
The Business Development Manager experience and qualifications:-
* Excellent communications and presentation skills
* Target driven, self motivated and experienced in storage and flooring an advantage. *Able to work on your own
initiative and integrate well within a team environment
* Proven record of selling an advantage
* Experience within both new business development and account management
* Able to demonstrate that you can work under pressure and deliver business against sales targets

The Reward
The Business Development Manager will receive a basic salary of 25k - 50k dependant upon experience plus uncapped
commission plan, car, pension and genuine opportunities for career progression including the opportunity for
Directorship.
