IT Trainer / System Assistant - Social Care Software
A fantastic opportunity to join a successful and expanding organisation, providing market leading IT solutions to the Social Care sector. The company are currently looking to recruit an IT Trainer to join them in their attractive offices in the countryside on the outskirts of Leeds.
The main purpose of your role will be to deliver software training courses on specific Social Care software products, and to investigate and respond to customer training queries. You will also be involved in system related responsibilities; assisting in making configuration changes to the applications, and assisting Project Managers in software implementation projects.
The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, confident communicating at all levels. Previous IT training will be an advantage, along with an understanding of the public sector and in particular social services.
