Our client, a specialist South Yorkshire firm, needs an experienced legal secretary or paralegal to work as part of its property team. You will handle property searches for one fee earner and one partner as well has handling administrative duties and general legal secretarial work. The busy department handles a large number of properties and turns over many leases and so you will need to have extensive experience in these areas of work including a solid working knowledge of land registry, local authority and other searches.
This is a part-time position. The employer is looking for someone to work over the lunch period for four hours five days a week though there is some flexibility here for those who would need to work fewer days.
