This previously 2 form entry primary school in Coventry have just been informed they will be going to 3 forms in their reception class for September and are now seeking to appoint an exceptional classroom practitioner to join their school as their Reception Teacher. This role will start in September 2012, and is a permanent post. The class you will take charge of comprises 30 pupils of mixed ability and has a diverse multicultural makeup. Support will be provided in the classroom by an experienced level 3 TA.

The school itself is found on a large site, with excellent facilities and well sized classrooms. The school is located near to the local train station which is just over 15 minutes walk away, whilst a number of major bus routes stop just outside the school or a few minutes walk away. The school offers a wide and well rounded curriculum to pupils and encourages staff to go the extra mile.

Senior management at the school provide good direction to pupils and staff alike, with a clear vision of where they want to go and what they want to achieve. Staff are expected to set and maintain high standards both of themselves and of their pupils. You will be expected to embrace this ethos and ensure that you commit yourself to achieving these aims.
