LCS is Newcastle's newest and fastest growing outsource sales and marketing organisation. Established in 2011 we
specialise in customer acquisition through face-to-face Sales and Marketing promotional campaigns. Our first year of
trading was a learning curve but also saw phenomenal success with LCS exceeding sales targets and adding to our client
portfolio.

Our continued success relies on us finding and developing the right people. As we conduct all our sales and marketing
promotional campaigns on a face to face we are looking for people with experience in customer service/retail sales or
similar areas.

THAT'S WHERE YOU COME IN!

We are looking for 15 people with a background in customer service who are ambitious, motivated and driven to learn all
aspects of Marketing/Sales and Promotion in order to raise brand awareness and increase market share for our clients.

NO SALES/MARKETING EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY AS FULL PRODUCT TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED. ALL YOU NEED TO POSSESS IS THE
KNACK OF DEALING WITH AND TALKING TO PEOPLE.

Although we are a relatively young company our current client portfolio consists of some of the most recognisable
business names in the UK. We currently specialise in energy efficiency and are working with one of the UK's largest
energy efficiency companies.

Our vision for 2012 is to become the number 1 outsource sales and marketing organisation in the UK and to expand
throughout the UK and to do that we need you!

Applicant must be eligible to work in the UK, we do NOT offer sponsorship!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to client demand applicants must be 18+. Applicants must be able to commute to Newcastle City Centre
daily. Compensation is based solely on completed applications, therefore the harder you work the more you can earn!
