Our client seeks an experienced real estate finance lawyer who is likely to have upwards of 2PQE advising on complex matters and come from a top tier practice.
Work will already have advised on; secured funding for lenders and borrowers, collective investment schemes (such as LLPs, LLCs, unit trusts, Shariah compliant structures and/or JVs); commercial mortgage-backed securitisations, sale and leasebacks, development financing, lending to pan european funds as well as restructuring and public to privates of property companies.
You will help identify needs support and progress on matters and have early responsibility on straightforward deals. You will have some responsibility for updating precedents and other know-how You will be approachable, team spirited with a can do attitude and be used to a dynamic working environment. Associate professional development and training is taken seriously at this firm.
