Our Senior Developers under the supervision of the Development Team Leader, deliver new projects or make changes to existing systems, and assist in the diagnosis and support of systems in a live environment. As Senior Developer you will act as technical lead, coach junior members of the team and work closely with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of complex project.

The Senior Developer will design, code, test and correct moderately complex programs and program modifications from supplied specifications, using agreed standards and tools.

Required Experience

The typical developer will use
Test driven development and continuous build practices to produce a variety of systems (typically java based).
They're comfortable mixing enterprise technology like Endeca Search or JPA, with best-of-breed open source libraries, like Guice or jQuery. Whether you're just starting out in your career or already a seasoned professional, we're looking for developers to join our growing team. Technologies: Java based core & web technologies (Servlets, AJAX, J2EE, Hibernate, MVC) & TDD (JUnit, IOC) HTML/Javascript/JQuery/CS.

To be successful in this role you will also need to have experience of leading projects, coaching and mentoring and have solid java development experience.
