Fantastic opportunity based in Edinburgh for a Sales Support Assistant to join a leading technology company. Within this busy and varied role the main responsibilities will include:
* Primarily responsible for encouraging channel partners to renew extended service agreements (ESAs) and following up on sales enquiries, you will be in direct contact with the channel partners.
* You will need to maintain accurate records of customers currently on ESA, proactively encourage customers to renew service agreements and provide regular reports on the status of ESA renewals.
* In addition supporting the channel partners in administrative areas such as quotes, customer purchase orders and shipments will also be required.
Experience required for this position includes:
* It is essential that you have previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of the end to end sales administration process
* Excellent computer literacy in all Microsoft Office and ERP applications (ideally SAGE) to provide the desired level of administrative support.
* Strong communicator, with a friendly, professional approach, able to thrive working within a dynamic, innovative team based in Edinburgh
