A fantastic opportunity is now available for an Online Marketing Manager to join the UK's leading manufacturer of underfloor electric heating systems.


A position has become available within this company for a highly motivated and capable online marketing manager to help build on the company's already strong online position and help drive future growth. The online marketing manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of all online marketing strategy and have a strong input into all areas of online marketing including:


- Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC)
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Ecommerce Development
- International Website Development
- Website Design
- Content Creation
- Social Media




Responsibilities

- Working with the current developer, programmers and online director to further develop the look and feel and content of global sites as well as the launch of new sites based on a master site.
- Working with programmers on the creation and improvement of existing web applications to expand the users experience on the company site.
- Working with SEO agencies and country managers to enhance the onsite and offsite SEO development for all websites and boost traffic and rankings.
- Development and management of all online advertising. Maximization of ROI for Google Adwords spend.
- Developing social media and content strategies for the US and UK markets. Replicating successful strategies globally.
- Development and management of a global system of ecommerce sites, specific to the products and sales policy of the individual countries.
- Maximising department output through effective planning, management and co-ordination ofonline marketing between the online marketing executive, permanent developer, agencies and country marketing and sales executives.




Skills and Experience:

- Ecommerce Development
- Website Creation, Maintenance and Development (not coding but design and content)
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a marketing role (preferably B2B) with relevant marketing qualifications
- A good team player with very strong communication and IT skills
- A good eye for design and detail
- Ability to set and work to deadlines and budgets
- Self-starter, proactive and enthusiastic
